Found Cat but Deceased-Dale Earnhadt and Copperfield

I do rescues at times and foster animals. Few things are as difficult to deal with like having one of our babies missing. I wanted to post this information so a family may find some closure, although sadness as well. I shop at the Lowe's off of Dale Earnhardt Blvd. I live in China Grove so when I leave the parking lot I turn left, go over the interstate and then left again (this is exit 60) to access Interstate 85 north. I noticed a few days ago there was a red or ginger colored cat that was hit by a car on the right side of the access ramp. Maybe someone in the area is looking for their critter that got loose and would like to know. I was at Lowe's this morning (Wednesday August 10) and saw the cat again.
