PINE CREST MARINA CEDAR LAKE IS HIRING! We are hiring Yard Team Members; Full time, part time, or seasonal! We have immediate openings for all three positions. Do you enjoy the outdoors and being around the water? If so, we have the job for you! Pinecrest Marina has full time, part time, and seasonal openings for our Yard Team! Experience in the fields and tasks listed in this ad is a plus, but not required. Primary Task: As a member of our Yard Team, your primary task will be to assist with moving/transporting, launching, and haul out of boats. Additional Tasks/Responsibilities: • Coordination with Yard Team staff leaders placing boats in and out of storage for the season. • Assisting with minor repairs or maintenance • Assisting with boat lift building. • Grounds, campground, buildings, piers, and boat lift and boat slips general maintenance. • General handyman, laborer, and workhand duties. Work Settings: • Fun and relaxed working outside and lakeside. • Full time employment workweek primarily of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with overtime opportunities on Saturdays during peak seasons. • Part time and seasonal employment workweek with flexible days based on availability. • Company provided vehicles and watercraft for job tasks. • Year round work for full time employment and option for year round work for part time employment. Seasonal help during peak seasons (Typically September-December & April-June). Job Requirements: • Must be at least 18 years old. • Must possess a valid Indiana drivers license with a good driving record. • Must be able to take direction and execute tasks. • Ability to work in a team environment. • Dependable nature, professional, and positive attitude. • Comfortable around medium to heavy machinery. • Ability to lift 50 pounds • Ability to work outdoors in warm and cold weather. • Comfortable on the water on watercraft. • Comfortable towing trailers. Pay/Benefits: Full Time: • $17.25-$20.25 per hour depending on qualifications/experience. Medical insurance after 60 days of employment. Two weeks paid vacation during the Christmas/New Years holiday. Furnished uniform shirts. Employee discount. Yearly raises based on performance reviews. Weekly pay. Required qualifications/experience: None, we will train the new right team members in all aspects and operations of their position.
