Black female dog Found.

E. River Rd near N. craycroft rd, Tucson AZ

Description

Somebody tried to rescue the dog and let it slip away going into the pet store at River and craycroft and it ran to the apartments next door. I don't know the whole back story but I do know they took it from somewhere and brought it to Petco so I don't know what neighborhood exactly it was found in maybe nearby maybe a little bit away not sure. Black dog found in apartment parking lot during rain and thunder 11pm Mon Aug 8. No collar. No microchip. Lab- boxer- pit -sharpei?guessing, mixed, with a slight under bite. Unfixed female has already had a litter roughly 2-3y/o. Was found somewhere in Tucson unfortunately I don't know what neighborhood!! ....was and brought to Petco at river Rd., but the folks who found it yesterday afternoon --it got away from them and ran over to Hilands apmts-I found the dog at 11:00 p.m. during a rain thunderstorm milling around the carports in the back of Hilands apmt complex. Dog was found without a collar and has scanned as 'no microchip.' Dog went to the groomers and had a few ticks removed from the scruff of the neck, to the vet today for rabies shot and exam, and went to buy a harness and dog food. Dog in good care but would be pleased to reunite w it's owners, if God wills it. Some scar on the nose a little scar on the leg maybe it was running through brush or maybe it was with some more aggressive dogs in the past I don't know what the history is but the dog is sweet and a little submissive. One eye had steady discharge and is slightly closed. Dog is now on my bed w head on (my) pillow, perhaps it was spoiled at one time as it knew exactly how to dominate my bed for it's nap. =]
