Looking for part-time landscaper for Statesville and Hickory apartment communities. FLEXIBLE HOURS. Must have drivers license and clean driving record. All materials, equipment, and landscaping tools supplied by owner. Must have ability to safely drive and back a trailer. $16 - $19/hr DOE. Responsibilities will include: - Lawn mowing - Routine maintenance of equipment, including diesel riding mowers - Small engine repair - Weed maintenance as required - Pressure wash buildings as required - Garbage pickup - Prune trees and shrubs as required - Backpack blowing of breezeways and parking lots - Clean office and bathrooms as required - Mulching during leaf season - Other landscaping / grounds keeping duties as required
