I am a visual artist seeking a short term room (3 - 12 months) in a condo/loft/apartment. $900 to $1,200 a month range near my art studio in the Bushwick. Ideally the move in date is 08/31. Willing to pay my share of wifi/air-conditioning/utilities and always pay monthly rent on time. I am up early and back late. Not into partying but social. Relaxed when back from work.
