Healthy to get the heart-rate up to 70% of resting heart-rate. How can this be achieved? Simply by performing aerobic exercise, such as intermittent walking and jogging, running, hiking, etc. I am a M looking for a W partner to get our heart-rates elevated together. Any interested party's?
