small male chihuahua in need of a home

I rescued a chihuahua from my neighbors, they were leaving him outside 24/7. He’s in incredibly sweet boy & amazing with young kids. He needs some work potty training & has never been to the vet. I’ve been working with him on being house broken but I just don’t have the time. He does well in his crate but he does have accidents. I’m fine fostering him for the time being but he deserves a forever home. He would do amazing in a home with young kiddos & someone who has more time to work with him. He does really well off the leash but could use some more training with that. Please message me with any questions or for some pictures. Thank you!
