I am needing someone experienced in most trades. Should be able to do electrical, plumbing and carpentry work. Should have reliable transportation and tools.
Handyman: $20-25 or More for highly qualified personnel.
Also can be paid based by the job for certain items.
Apartment maintenance or a regular basis. Make readies etc.
References required.
