Description
Looking to hire office assistants who can start immediately.It's a full time job and more room to grow.
Duties:
1. Must have experience on Microsoft office Programs
2. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
3. Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and document important information. Operate and manage a multi-line telephone console system.
4.Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
5. Maintain and update call logs, call records and other important documentation.
Required: Must have own transportation with a valid DL.
Pay :(DoE).
Full time and Permanent Job, Monday to Friday,
40 plus hours in a week, Weekly payment through Payroll (1099)
