Heavy Printer for Local Delivery

Looking to get a large, heavy printer picked up near Pike Place Market, on ground floor, for delivery approximately 15 mins north into a residential garage. Item is a large printer, approximately 500 pounds, roughly 48" w x 28" d x 56" h. It's on casters but we could get it onto a palette if necessary. I doubt it would go easily up into a pickup truck, I suspect a box truck with lift gate is the way to go, but I will defer to the experts here. No specific time crunch, any time in the next few weeks would be fine. Only constraint, printer would need to be picked up during normal business hours. I'm less experienced on what this could cost, so take advantage and name your price. I will entertain all reasonable offers. Let me know what questions you have.
