Seeking a meticulous person to help with yard & house stuff

We are trying to catch up on yard maintenance and general house maintenance stuff. Examples of needed help. -Yard clean up. I would like to keep a tidy, meticulously kept yard. I can't do this alone. Our yard is only ~5000 sq ft. -Weeding. The weeds never stop growing! -Cleaning out the garage -Bonus if you have vehicle trailering / towing experience. (I can explain later.) -I have a general lawn service, but they don't, generally, have the time to do the extra stuff on a regular schedule (pulling weeds, trimming trees/ bushes, etc). My ideal candidate is someone who works in landscaping or construction, but picks up side work. If this is not you, but the work sounds like a good fit, please apply. The last part is optional. :) I'm looking for people who take both their own and my schedule seriously. Arriving late, canceling at the last moment, delaying a start time, breaking excessively, etc is disruptive to both of us. I find that most people are amazing - truly.
