You will build small or light subassemblies, test components, ensure quality, and repair faulty parts. You will work closely with different team members to meet schedules, use electrical or pneumatic powered tools and hand tools, perform essential quality control inspections and rebuild defective assemblies. You will set up and operate the necessary equipment and machinery. You will repair and rework defective or returned assemblies, and keep the work area clean and organized, and complete special projects as needed. Basic qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent 3 + years of work experience Strong attention to detail Ability to follow directions in a precise manner A desire for learning new things and growing professionally Ability to stand for an extended period and to lift 50 lbs Ability to write simple correspondence Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations Preferred qualifications: 2+ years of relevant electromechanical assembly experience, and soldering expertise Demonstrated proficiency with measuring, hand and shop tools Proficient in the installation and termination of cabling systems Ability to read, comprehend and interpret work instructions, drawings, short correspondence, and memos Benefits: $20 - $23 per hour DOE Equity/Stock options 10 days’ paid vacation 11 paid Holidays 3% employer 401K contribution Parental Leave Free snacks and soft drinks Company sponsored social events This ad is specifically highlighting the Fusion technician role.
