Construction Expeditor, Driver, Inventory Specialist Have you wanted to get into construction? Would you like to work for a company that is known for its integrity? Are you excited about learning from and working with a great team of people? We are a local Seattle Residential Remodeler that has an opening for a full-time Field Expeditor. Our Expeditor services all our remodel and handyman jobs assisting where needed. This is an entry level position where you have an opportunity to move into an apprentice carpenter role. Job Description 1) Driving our dump flat bed for pick up and delivery of material for our jobs 2) Clean up of jobsites 3) Site protection (that’s getting, and setting up protection to make sure our customer’s homes do not get damaged.) 4) Maintenance and inventory of our materials and tools from our storage 5) Maintaining the company truck and its appearance 6) Site labor and carpentry as needed What we expect from you: 1) Positive and team-oriented attitude 2) Clean appearance 3) Ability to communicate effectively 4) Clean driving record, a valid license and reliable transportation 5) Strength, balance, and agility sufficient to work at gutter-level heights, dig postholes, and move around in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces. 6) A desire to start a career in the Residential Construction Industry What you can expect from us: 1) A safe working environment 2) A stable position with approximately 40 hours per week 3) A supportive team that wants to see you succeed 4) Competitive wage with benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, paid holidays, vacation & sick leave, phone reimbursement and retirement savings with employer match
