We're looking for a full-time Facilities Manager to oversee both of our locations and assist our customer service team as needed. This position will be responsible for the maintenance, cleaning and repairs of all of our facilities and equipment at both of our locations. The position will also assist our customer service team and be able to cover the front desk, do sales tours and address member account issues as needed. Responsibilities: • Ensure that our facilities are well maintained and cleaned and that all equipment is in good and working condition. • Work with managers to implement facility improvements • Perform small repairs and improvements • Work with and monitor our third party vendors that provides current services such as: HVAC, Plumbing, Cleaning, Restroom and Janitorial Supplies • Responsible for monitoring and ordering all inventory including cleaning supplies, supplies related to gym operations and spare parts. • Evaluate and recommend any new vendors related to facilities management • Transition from a third-party cleaning service to hiring in house cleaners • Work with Front Desk Manager to address any duties related to facilities and equipment that are not being done properly by front desk staff. • Assist customer service team and help cover the front desk or cover shifts when needed. • Perform sales tours for prospective members when needed Standard Shifts: Mon (SLU) 10am-7pm Tue (FRE) 10am-7pm Wed (SLU) 10am-7pm Thu (FRE) 10am-7pm Fri (SLU) 10am-7pm Experience and Skills: • Experience with small repairs and other handy man type jobs. • Ability to repair fitness equipment and perform electrical or plumbing is preferred. • Have experience in customer service (Preferred) • Managing emails, calendars, Microsoft Word/Excel • Good communication and organizational skills Requirements • High school Diploma or equivalent • Must be at least 18 years old (our members must be at least 18+ as well) and be able to lift at least 45lb. • Non-Seasonal, For Candidates who intend to be here at least 6+ months • Need to be flexible and cover shifts for employees that are out and can work at both locations.
