Want to live in a peaceful country setting? Want to breathe fresh, clean country air and hear birds singing and chickens clucking instead of city smog and noise? Full time, live-in position. Need help with house and general duties. You keep house clean; you live for free/no rent. You will be given a weekly salary of spending money of which the amount will be mutually agreed upon at the time and date of interview. Prefer person of Asian descent, but that is not mandatory; just a preference. Must have some form of valid State-issued identification or driver's license so I can know who you are. I don't care if you're considered an 'illegal immigrant' either, because no one is 'illegal' in my world. Fairly spacious home, and you'll have your own bedroom in a nice quiet country setting. Have gardens and chickens and other animals so you must enjoy that type of life...outdoor things; country living; peace and quiet; planting plants; cookouts; flowers, fresh eggs from the nest, and a private environment. Losing my present help in late August, so that is when job would begin. Semi-retired 59 years of age man with partial disability. (Knee and hip pain; ankle injuries; shoulder injury; loss of vision in one eye, arthritis which flares up in rainy weather). Sometimes in great pain and needs help at times with household tasks; garden and yard tasks, driving/errands, and sometimes bathing as well. Have good days with no pain, and sometimes bad days with much pain, and on bad days certainly need help with things. If you are the kind of person who cannot be reached because you never answer your phone (or never call back in a timely manner or when you can WITHOUT excuses); or if you're the kind of person who is so irresponsible or immature that they walk around with a full voicemail box on their phone because they don't care or don't want to be reached or is ducking someone; or someone who cannot be bothered with voicemail messages; or if you're the sort of person who will try to take advantage of me or who will take my kindness for some sort of weakness; if you make excuses and don't take your word seriously; or if you have some sort of attitude of indifference toward learning how I need things to be done, then I urge you to not waste my time by responding to my ad. If you work for me then you need to be reachable. I am a serious person and I do not play childish smartyphone games. Applicants MUST realize the differences between intelligence, maturity, and responsibility. You could be the smartest person in the world but if you're irresponsible OR immature you will not EVER work for me. If you furnish me with a phone number, please have the courtesy to make sure it's a valid and operational phone number first, before you give it to me. Finally, if you contact me and say "call me" and fail to give me a phone number, that's it right there. We'll be done forever. If you say you've included your resume, make sure that you actually have included it. In summary, if you're a bullshitter/con artist I will see right through it so go somewhere else if you're looking for an easy 'mark', because I'm not one. Finally, if you're any sort of scammer don't even waste your time with me because I do not hand out trust like Halloween candies. It has to be earned.
