Description

We have two properties in Cincinnati, Ohio. We are hiring for a g Grounds/Janitorial team member. Janitorial Duties 1) Clean building hallways, common areas and laundry rooms 2) Remove trash 3) Sweep/mop/vacuum 4) Trash outs as needed Grounds Duties 1) Pick up debris/trash (daily) 2) Cut grass, trim bushes, weed eat (twice a month) 3) Spray weeds (twice a month) This is a full time position. You must have a driver's license and transportation. We offer a full benefit package and bi-weekly pay. Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm. (1 Hour lunch)
