All of this will be hosted by Certified Private Personal Trainer Dorene Campo of Trinity Transformations Fitness along with other Fitness enthusiasts while videos of classes/personal training sessions and other fun and fantastic information are yours to be had. There will be DOOR PRIZES, lots of giveaways and of course FUN FITNESS drills going on as well as delicious FOOD to be enjoyed, fun conversation and lots more. Using a combination of fight and fitness, you’ll learn new tricks, use your full body to workout, have a good time and definitely leave the class empowered to take on the world. No matter what your fitness level, you will definitely be sure to have a good time and you can be sure that everyone in the class will work with you to help you find your fight together. On This Day, we will have Roasted Chicken, Delicious Salad, Rolls with butter as well as many other wonderful treats… Shopping & Fun:There will be various vendors for you to shop, as well as Fitness packages available before and after the training with many PERSONAL TRAINING discount packages available at the time of the event, for you to sign up for.
