Hours: 36-40 hours/week
Job Type: Contracted W-2 Employee (4-5 weeks)
Schedule: 4-5 hours/day Mon-Fri, 8 hours/day Sat-Sun
Summary:
As a Tour Manager, you will represent the brand by managing unique and memorable delivery experience to our partner’s homes, and nomadic retail pop-ups throughout New York. Our Tour Managers will not only deliver and manage the sale of our goods but exhibit exceptional customer services as the face of our brand. This role will require a highly accountable individual who is self-motivated, organized, flexible and can effectively troubleshoot problems as they arise day-to-day.
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License for 3 years
Must provide proof of valid insurance in your name and able to pass a MVR background check
Experience Operating larger than passenger car vehicles (Commercial experience a plus)
Must be available to work nights and weekends
Ability to be on the road for extended periods of time
Must have reliable vehicle
Must own a good working cell phone, able to communicate hands-free throughout shift as needed.
Proficient in digital road maps and GPS applications and the ability to navigate safely and efficiently
Customer Service Background (preferred)
Ability to repeatedly lift 50lbs
Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus but not required
Tour Manager duties include, but are not limited to:
Responsibilities
Heightened attention to detail in executing the delivery of product to each partner
Communicate daily with the production team on project status
Monitor the quality of product existing at the partner location
Act as face of the brand through partner and public interactions
Manage an assistant and/or Delivery Ambassador
Flexibility and understanding that routes may change throughout the day
Ability to keep a timely route and complete assigned routes as outlined by leadership
Take a detailed inventory of orders to plan the most effective driving route
