The full moon is a powerful time of illumination as well as release. What are you ready to let go of? Join Shelley for a night of release, relaxation and restoration. Shelley will serenade you with the healing sound of singing bowls, chimes, rattles, gongs, drums and guided meditation. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, anything that will help you to get comfortable and slip into a state of bliss. You can also bring a crystal or any other personal or sacred item you would like to infuse with the combined energy of the full moon as well as the sound bath. Please dress comfortably and try to arrive around 10 minutes early to settle in.
