COMMERCIAL CLEANER compensation: Hourly salary employment type: Full-time and Part-time positions available location: Suffolk County A full-service commercial cleaning and maintenance company seeking professional commercial cleaning staff who are organized and detailed oriented to represent our company. A full-time position requires 40 hours per week, days/nights and weekends - must be flexible. A part-time position requires 20-25 hours per week, days or nights and weekends. All applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and have reliable transportation. A NYS Driver's License is prefeferred. Minimum 1 - 2 years of commercial cleaning experience. This position requires experience cleaning professional buildings and offices. Responsibilities: Cleaning a building/facility, trash removal, cleaning bathrooms, mopping and sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and operating necessary equipment. Clean and disinfect sinks, counter tops, floors, toilets, mirrors, tables, chairs, etc., in restrooms and kitchens. Keep equipment clean and in good working condition. Ability to understand and follow instructions, and take direction. Be able to work schedule as assigned by supervisor in various locations. Project a professional appearance at all times. This job may require lifting of objects that exceed 25lbs. The ability to speak, read and write both Spanish and English is preferred but not mandatory.
