Tables Of Two = $35., Four = $75., Five = $87.50 Six = $105., Eight = $130, Twelve = $210 Vocalist Jim Mola will be performing material from the Great American Songbook at La Zingara on Wednesday September 21st. Jim has been a fixture on the New York music scene for decades, performing with big bands and small groups in NYC’s concert venues and clubs such as Irving Plaza and Swing 46. Jim has also recorded extensively for television, film, radio and commercials for clients that include AT&T, Family Guy, GM, VH1, Z100, Jack-FM, WCBS, the NBC Orchestra, Robert De Niro, Disney, Pixar, Pepperidge Farms, Turner Classic Movies, and Warner Brothers films. Jim has been the voice of the Jolly Green Giant and Goldfish crackers. His work has been featured in the Smithsonian Museum and the Baseball Hall of Fame. He also taught the Jazz and Standards vocal course at New York City’s Collective School of Music. Fitzgerald Bassist Joe is a busy player on the New York City music scene and internationally. He has played in all of the the major clubs and festivals and toured or recorded with many of the top players in the jazz world including Lee Konitz, Donald Brown, Pat Metheny, Dave Liebman, Ted Curson, Bruce Barth and many many others.is a busy player on the New York City music scene and internationally. Roger Post: Drummer, Band Leader Roger is a highly sought-after drummer/percussionist whose 52 years of experience have encompassed an incredible variety of styles and music. Big bands: New Haven Jazz Orchestra, Harold Zinno Big Band, Hartford Jazz Orchestra, Berkshire Big Band, Sonny Carroll Orchestra, Fairfield Counts, Rob Zappulla Orchestra, Bensen/Scott Big Band. Jazz Concerts with Bill Watrous, Marvin Stamm, Marshall McDonald, Houston Person, Bill Crow Broadway: 42nd St. (original), Ain’t Misbehavin’ (revival w/original cast), Cats, Saturday Night Fever, Falsettos, and Godspell revival. Doug Schlink Pianist has been a fixture on the Connecticut jazz club scene since the early 80’s. Originally an R&B / Blues artiist, Doug had early recording and performance credits as a guitarist with Fancy, the Scratch Band, Bionic Gold, Donavan, Ben E. King, Joey Melotti and others. Transitioning from guitar to piano in the 70’s, Doug performed with both locally and nationally known artists as Sonny Costanzo, Jeff Fuller, Ralph Lalama, Nicole Pasternak, Nat Reeves, Linda Ransom, Harold Zinno Quintet among others. In 2008, he released a trio CD featuring Tom Devino on drums and Steve Taylor on bass. We're sorry, there are no refunds after tickets have been purchased. In the event of a pandemic, rain, snow, or other forms of weather which prohibit a performance, the performance date will be postponed and rescheduled for another date within a reasonable amount of time. If the new date is postponed, a future alternate date will be picked at the discretion of Bethel Jazz and the musical artist. The ticket holder will be notified of postponements, cancelations, and rescheduled dates via email. Tickets are non-refundable and may be transferred to another person in the event a purchaser can not make the rescheduled date. In the event, an artist cancels a date, and Bethel Jazz is unable to reschedule the artist, Bethel Jazz reserves the right to provide a substitute performer of equal quality without notice to the ticket purchaser. If a date is canceled and not rescheduled, Bethel Jazz will provide a refund (in some cases minus the Eventbrite fee) or credit for another performance at the choice of the ticket holder. Bethel Jazz will always do its best to accommodate for changes in seating, table sizes, or changes to tickets.
