Street outreach professionals are essential to the health of our neighborhoods and wellbeing of our young people. They bear heavy burdens of traumatic work day-to-day and continue to show up with contagious passion and "madd love" for their communities. Each year, we gather as Streetworker Nation to ensure these first responders get the encouragement, networking, professional development, and GOOD TIME that they deserve! Join us as we dive more into the theme Health & Wealth: Taking time to grow professionally and focus on holistic wellbeing, as a team and as individuals, through a public health and racial equity lens. Keynote to be announced Workshops will include trainings in: Resorative Justice Harm Reduction Financial literacy Men’s Health Self-Care Women in Streetwork + More For Organizational Leadership: A separate track will be available for you to learn how to use your position of power to best support outreach professional And, yes, we will be going on the field!
