Have you been wanting to deepen your connection with nature? Through a combination of forest bathing and journaling, these nature-based gratitude strolls provide time for self-reflection and offer meditative prompts around the practice of gratitude as we awaken our senses to the more than human world.
Gratitude has been proven to increase well-being by improving mental and physical health, sleep quality, relationships, self-esteem, building empathy, and more.
As we walk, we will reflect on what we are thankful for in each moment through connecting deeply with the healing aspects of the more -than-human world and journal about what we were grateful for during our walk and reflect on why we are grateful.
At the conclusion of our walk, we will share our thoughts on the experience and enjoy a locally foraged hot tea.
You do NOT have to be a writer or regularly journal to join us - this practice is open to everyone.
