Description

Qigong, or the movement of Qi (energy/life force) through the body, is the foundation of tai chi. Using simple, standing movements, we’ll explore the body/mind connection, how breath is central to this connection, and experience stress release. From the Chen style, we’ll also practice some simple agility movements. Suitable for beginners, or practitioners of any level. Led by Loring Greenough member, Laura Smeaton. This Class is scheduled to take place on the following dates : May 18, June 15, July 20, August 17 and September 21.
