Imagine waking up in the morning feeling relieved of pain from the previous day. You're able to go about your day feeling good but not just one, for the days to come. What would it mean to you if you could live pain free? What would it look like with your family and friends? Lucky for you, there is a solution for you to experience just that! I want to introduce my new and improved R & B Yoga workshop, designed to help people live more pain-free lives. In just little over an hour, we will go through a simple routine that's specifically designed to alleviate joint pain and help you gain a sense of physical confidence. Hi my name is Sharde' Salters and for the last 5 years I have helped people who struggle with joint pain, improve the quality of their life and move more freely. I am a certified yoga teacher. I have taught many different classes and workshops specific to pain relief. I am also becoming a yoga therapist this fall so that I can continue to deepen my practice. It is an honor to help people discover a whole new way to live their life without being in pain 24/7. I offer workshops and coaching to help individuals with a plan dedicate to their pain management. This is a pre-registered workshop with limited space. You cannot drop in. I'm not flexible - can I still join? You do not need to be flexible or have prior Yoga experience. However, you should be aware of any physical limitations you have and move within ranges of motion that are appropriate for you. The tools and the practices that I teach will help you gain the knowledge you need to help with pain. Come as you are and you will find that practice will help you become more flexible. I'm not fit - can I join? Absolutely! There is no assumed level of fitness required for this Yoga experience. Yoga can benefit everyone. How is Yoga for pain management different from stretching? Unlike stretching or other physical fitness, Yoga connects the movement of your body to the rhythm of your breath, which helps to focus and relax the mind and release tension in the body. Can I get a refund? No refunds will be given, however your ticket can be transferred to another person who you feel would benefit from this workshop if you can no longer attend. Will these workshops be recorded? These workshops will be recorded for promotional use and for reflection purposes to improve future workshops.
