The Cultural Coalition, New London Arts Council, and New London Cultural District Commission cordially invite you to: Celebration of Arts: A reception for New London ARPA Grants for Arts & Culture Recipients Join us on Tuesday, August 23, from 5:00 - 7:00 pm as we celebrate the artists, creative businesses and arts organizations who have recently received one of the ARPA Grants for Arts & Culture from the City of New London. Drinks and light refreshments will be served. Remarks at 5:30 pm. Grant recipients will share about their funded projects.
