Gather requires 1) Part-time gig-paid hosts and 2) Commission-paid marketing people to distribute discount codes. Gather organizes lively, hosted, social events organized for small groups of single people. Our system invites singles at a balanced ratio of men to women, bracketed by age and mutual desire, willingness, and ability to meet one another. Gather Social is a better way to meet real people than online dating sites and apps like Match, Bumble, POF, or Tinder. Gather is not a dating site or service. Gather organizes events where singles likely to match can go and have casual laughs for an hour with a host present. 1) Hosts are the friendly face of Gather and set the vibe by proposing ‘ice-breaker’ games and welcoming everyone to our events. We initially need Hosts who can work in central Dallas and Central Fort Worth. More neighborhoods will be added as we grow. We are also launching in several other Texas cities. This position will be very part-time at first but as we convert thousands of people away from unsatisfactory online dating there will be more and more gigs available. As a host you are offered event gigs in accordance with availability that you control and set. Our app assigns you events about 24 hours in advance and you handle the rest from there, a little like the way Uber works. Gather hosts are paid per event. Host pay ranges from $44 to $54 depending on group size. Each event entails approximately 1 and a half hours of work. The events are an hour long, hosts arrive 15 minutes before and submit a debrief afterwards. Hosts are paid by direct deposit. Ideal candidates are motivated to get out of the house and have some laughs and get paid for doing it. This is not a sales job: You just need to spread the information and give out $10 promo credit codes we will issue to you. We issue you codes and when a user uses one of your codes to sign up they are attached to your account. Be creative! We give you some tools and templates so you can put up notices, give out cards and post information on social media or by text and email. You are paid $6 per first ticket sold and then another approximately $4 per subsequent ticket sold to the same user over the next 12 months. If a user attends three events you will earn $14 for converting them. Codes can be distributed in person and in digital form. You will be paid by automated direct deposit.
