Champlain Valley Hops is the largest and fastest growing hop farm in New England. Located 30 minutes south of Burlington, we grow, process and market premium hops for the region’s growing number of craft breweries as well as home brewers CVH is looking for an Experienced Farm Mechanic. The farm mechanic will be focused on maintaining processing equipment during hop harvest as well as servicing and maintaining our tractors, harvesters, mowers, a gator and various farm vehicles. This will be an exciting project to work on and we look forward to meeting the team member who will work with us to pull off a successful harvest. In addition to maintaining the equipment, there are times when it is all-hands-on-deck and may include some harvesting/processing work. This position is from August 15, 2022- October 31, 2022. There may additional hours after harvest ends for the right candidate.
