Desperate. Need help getting tire mounted

Getting desperate. 61 year old. Don't want your money. Need help getting tire mounted and on car. I have tire. I need tools and ride to put air in tire. Basically need couple tire irons. Jack would help but I have a Scissors jack. I deliver Door Dash. Can't drive, can't work. Will anyone help me get going? Stephen
