This project features every day Black people and uses art to tell their stories. Each illustration will work to give off a vibe of who each person is and illustrate a piece of their soul. Hosted by Stress Free Unicorn ——-How It Works——- THE EVENT & MINI PHOTO SESSION For this event, come in a style that represents you, the true YOU! This event will feature artwork from our current project ambassadors. There will also be lite bites and drinks available while you mingle with another members of our community. This is a great chance to vibe and get to know each other. I’ll take a few photos to use as a reference for your illustration. We’ll also record a short video of you telling your story. GET ILLUSTRATED Your illustration will be completed within 2 to 4 weeks. We’ll have full control over the artwork including drawing style and colors. You can choose one color you want incorporated into the piece. All pieces will have the Black Soul markings and the brand color yellow. No changes can be made to the artwork. ——-ARE YOU ELIGIBLE?——- * You are 50% Black * You want to be a part of The Black Soul Project * You want to share your story * You’re ok with being featured on social media, on Art prints and other merch, and possibly attending exclusive Black Soul Project events * You like my art style and trust the process and are ok with giving the artist full control over the artwork creation * You live in the Houston, TX area and have your own transportation  * You are 18 years or older ——-WHAT YOU GET——- * Mini Photo Session + 2 stylized images for use on Social media * Illustration of you featured in the Black Soul Project materials, promotions, social media, retail products, etc (may also feature quotes, photos, and videos from/of you) * *Optional* Royalty payments sent to you via cash app or Venmo when your illustration makes a profit. You get 10% of the profits + perks Note: Royalty Payments are made on the 10th of every month for the earnings of the month before. By joining the project, you are giving us the right to sell Black Soul merchandise inspired by you or your image. You are also giving us the right to publish the photos, videos, and illustrations of you on our social media, website, promotional materials, and more. ——-TO GET STARTED——- Purchase your event ticket here on Eventbrite.
