Yabeth C. Montes is our ICPR Queen, She is a full time student in the Abbot Academy in her Senior Year. She has attended the after school program to help with the animals. Yabeth also attends all community activities. Our Marshalls Frankie Rodriguez Director of Music in the salsa culture. Lic. Lunara Devers is an engineer, Actress, and Dance Director Our Honorees are as follows Joseph Betancourt, MD, MPH, is the Senior Vice President, Equity and Community Health at Massachusetts General Hospital, the founder, senior advisor and faculty of the Disparities Solutions Center (DSC) at Mass General, Faculty at the Mongan Institute, an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School and a practicing Internal Medicine physician. Since 2010, Jonathan Guzman has been dedicated to the well-being of both students and our beloved City of Lawrence, and Mr. Guzman has long advocated for positive change. Back in 2019, his community believes the time has come for him to run for public office and he ran as a write-in candidate for the School Committee of District F, with the hope to bring new and effective solutions to developing a strong school system for the generation. Reinalda Rivera (Chikie) was a member and then President of the Boston Puerto Rican Festival for many years. She is known for the Puerto Rican Culture in the community. Joselina Leon (Jossie) is also known for running the Puerto Rican Festival in Boston with the Batuteras Tropicales. Posthumous Tribute to Felicita Oyola 1924-2010, she founded the Batuteras Tropicales many, many years ago. Through this she was able to convey our Puerto Rican Culture in the Boston communities. Our Honoree Guest Speaker Vanessa Calderon Rosado is a Chief Executive Officer Inquilinos Boricuas en Accion (IBA). Vanessa is also involved with the Puerto Rican Veterans Monument Square Association in Boston, MA.
