To truly have an organization that exemplifies Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, those principles must be ingrained into the fabric of the organization. This session will take participants through a discussion to assess their current organization climate and learn tools that will help them make the case for DEIB initiatives at their organization, develop strong DEIB initiatives, and ultimately create an organizational culture that does not just talk about DEIB, but that moves forward with action for DEIB.
