Experienced Auto Body Estimator 1st Class Auto Body is seeking an experienced auto body estimator who is organized, detail oriented, and outgoing to create repair estimates. The ideal candidate is smart and confident with a great work ethic and a proactive approach to problem solving and who excels at multi-tasking in a high volume, fast-paced, constantly changing work environment. 1st Class Auto Body is a growing collision repair company with five locations. Our success reflects our excellent customer service and attention to detail with all repairs from minor dents to major collision damage. Salary: DOE Job Type: Full Time Job Description: This position requires the ability to self-motivate and function as part of a team that includes management, accounting, insurance partner relationships, purchasing staff, and technicians, providing support for each department as required. Primary responsibilities include: • Prepare estimates for auto body repairs being mindful of insurance requirements • Quality control and making sure OE repair procedures are available for technicians • Review repair plan with technicians after teardown • Answer phone and email inquiries • Provide customer service to a diverse customer base in person, via email, and over the phone • Enter customer information accurately into a database • Initiate, update, and maintain work orders • Work closely with insurance partners • Liaison between the customer and insurance partners • Manage files assigned and prepare for final billing Qualifications: • Auto Body Experience Required • Experience with CCCOne Software Preferred • Proficiency with computers and Office applications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Organized, detail oriented, team player with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task • Excellent communication skills in dealings with customers, vendors, insurance partners, management, and co-workers Benefits: • Medical and Dental Insurance • Paid Holidays, Sick, and Vacation • Supplemental Insurance Schedule: • Monday through Friday • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Benefit Conditions: • Waiting period applies Work Remotely: • No If interested, please send cover letter, resume, and references
