Need exterior of house redone and tree/yard work done

Hello, Thanks for reading this. I need the following things done: 1) cut tree limbs down off of house and remove the same from property; 2) remove wires, satellite dish (small) and any other extraneous things from exterior of house; 3) replace any and all rotten wood on house; 4) repair all vinyl siding as needed; 5) powerwash house; 6) paint trim black; 7) install lattice around bottom of house to cover bricks; 8) remove all trash from property; 9) cut grass.
