Winchester Highlands area of Winchester, particularly near Euclid Ave and Fells Road. Have you seen Diggy, our 9-year-old male, American short hair friend? He is a rescued, outdoor cat who comes and goes as he pleases. Until a few days ago, he has returned every night for the years he has been part of the family. He is cautious with new people, particularly men, however he is not aggressive. No collar but does have a chip.
