Come out, move your body, and celebrate Habitual Roots! We’re super excited for this pop-up event. For one night only, Habitual Yoga is taking over Lenny Boy Brewing Co. Come just as you are :) Class is $5 at the door and includes a 6 oz. kombucha after class. As always, this will not be your typical yoga class. The intention of this class is to create a space where we can come together as a community to move our bodies, expand our minds, explore our breath, and re-connect to ourselves and those around us. We focus on integrating our yoga practice off the mat into our daily lives. Bring a yoga mat, water, and an open mind. Please arrive 10 minutes early to check-in. Pre-register HERE.
