We have a room on second floor available for rent for $800 a month but would prefer a handyman to do projects in exchange for rent. Includes water and electric and wi-fi. Shared kitchen and bathroom and one parking space. Just need first months to move in. Must have references and previous and current work history. Looking for preferably long term but will do a month to month lease.
