REALTORS® have a code of ethics to follow. Licensees in the state must abide by state law and Commissioner's Standards. So why does it seem like no one is paying attention?
As the market continues to shift, and industry practices change, how do you steady the boat for your clients, and your business, and not give in to "everyone else is doing it" and violating your personal and professional integrity?
What does it mean to owe a client a fiduciary duty to protect and promote the client's interest? Doesn't a response time on an offer mean anything? How do you compete with so many cash buyers?
