Join us in community outdoors in the safe and serene surroundings of Robbins Preserve Park in Davie, FL. Learn how to listen to your intuition, develop discernment, build your mental strength, be energetically strong within your own auric field and practice physical training demos. All ages and levels welcome! What to Expect: We will kick off with a welcome circle: quick intros + our intention, the importance of being able to protect your mind, body & energy. Then we'll begin with a Guided Auric Protection Meditation to learn how to self-protect your own energetic field led by Lili B @lightingblooms, creator of the 'Moon Meditation Tribe' a Sound Healing podcast on Patreon, doTERRA Wellness Advocate, Co-founder of @sisternaturerocks and mindful meditation mama. We'll learn all about following our intuition, being vigilant and honoring discernment with conscious conversation by Alexa Bee @pushngrow, Orgonite creator, certified Reiki Advanced Practitioner, Co-founder of @sisternaturerocks and self-protection advocate. Pair up with a partner for some physical demos & training guided by Eric Eisen @sksweetscience, Baduanjin QiGong Practitioner, NRA certified firearms instructor with a brown belt in Shotokan Karate and a teacher/student of expansion based learning.What to Bring: Yoga mat or towel/blanket to sit on. Water in personal reusable drinking bottle. Bug repellent (it's mosquito season in SoFlo)! Comfortable, breathable clothing for an afternoon at the park (yoga/work-out clothes).
