We're hosting a Greatest Of All Time (G.O.A.T.) yoga session for ages 14+ on Saturday, August 20, at 9am. It's the last weekend before school starts - join us and have a blaaaaaaaaast as we all head into a busy fall! You'll find us in the big field at the Cross Keys Auction Center (295 Emerald Drive, Duncansville - behind Ansley RV off of Rt. 764). Enjoy a half-hour session of stretches and breathing exercises set to a music soundtrack and led by certified yoga instructor Sarah Garman. While you're posing, our goats will be free-roaming, doing...well...all things that goats do! This class will challenge your Warrior Pose as a goat wanders between your legs. :) Tickets include the yoga session, plus extra time to enjoy the goats and pose for photos. This class does not require any previous yoga experience, and ALL fitness levels are welcome. Please note: this session will be in an open field, so please come prepared with sunglasses, hats, sunblock, etc. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. For the safety of all people and goats, do not wear any jewelry, especially necklaces or dangling earrings. Classes will be held rain or shine in most scenarios; in the event that the weather necessitates a cancellation for safety, we'll be in touch with as much notice as possible. *To optimize the amount of time participants will have with the goats, there are limited tickets available for this event.* Questions?
