Join us for a healthy lifestyle yoga adventure! Tammy with Cocoon Yoga lab will lead families in a flow class featuring classic yoga poses, dancing, breathe and playful movement. This event will take place in our Walmart Community Room. Please bring your own mat or beach towel. Registration is required. Recommended for ages 3+
