Coos Bay Family Loses Home in Fire! Please Read to Help! Dear Reader, I am fundraising to help my family of 6 get into a home together again, and I would really appreciate the help of local businesses like yours. On May 31st, 2022 our lives were devastated by a house fire which displaced my family as the house was a total loss. The day after the fire we were robbed of the few things we had remaining and looters continued to pillage for days after. Now my family is living in 3 different places, my fiance who is type 1 diabetic has started to have complications from the stress of trying to piece our lives back together and we have had to call 911 multiple times due to his blood sugar dropping, and our whole family is begining to feel hopeless and lost. I'm reaching out to our local businesses and organizations here in the Coos Bay/North Bend area in hopes that we can possibly raise enough donations to help get our family back together under one roof so that my family can begin to heal and start rebuilding our lives as a whole unit. We miss each other dearly.  So far, the community has raised $55 towards my fundraising goal — but we still have a lot of ground to cover. That’s where your business comes into the picture.
