Your age does not matter but a minimum of 9 months of sobriety in an AA or NA program is required. You must be able to create a safe space with respect for others in a diverse co-ed family environment. You need to be trustworthy, and responsible as well as be able to take direction. You will get the reward of working with people that are new to recovery as well as those that have made it back to recovery because they have not given up. It is ok to have a part time job. Prior experience working with food and cooking will help. There is opportunity for growth while helping out those in sober living. In time you will learn to do all the duties of a sober living manager. It just will happen one step at a time.
