Rehoming my Morkie puppy

I need to rehome my male Morkie puppy, Fardeen. I bought him from a Morkie breeder in Sheradon,MI about 4 weeks ago (initial name was Dallas),but currently, due to an unexpected situation, I need to move to an apartment where pets are not allowed. Fardeen is now 13 weeks old and is a super active, cute, cuddly and smart puppy who needs your affection and attention, however, he does not need you to walk him everyday. He responds to his new name, and once in a while likes to take a nap on your lap or by your side. He is up to date on shots, and has been dewormed three times. His outdoor potty training is completed, and is being trained for using indoor potty pads. All of his health documents, as well as the receipt of my payment to the first seller is available upon request. I am asking a rehoming fee just the same as what I paid in the first place.
