Onsite Caretaker Position at Curriers Lakeview Lodge. An incredible opportunity for someone in Rice Lake desiring a furnished studio apartment on the lake with Wifi and utilities included. In return for the apartment you would be responsible for: Answering phones and being available onsite overnight for our guests. YOU DO NOT NEED TO STAY AWAKE. You do need computer skills and typing skills as well as customer service to interact with guests 10 hours of work a week with various tasks including: Snow removal on sidewalks and decks. Mowing the lawn. Once the 10 hours/week are met - opportunity for additional income through providing various maintenance projects is a possibility. Hours would be 10pm-6am May-Oct, 8pm-6am Nov-May with a few nights away each month if needed. A security deposit of $400 is required and returned upon departure providing the apartment is left in good condition. No pets and a NON smoker is a must.
