Outside Electrical outlet cover

Description

I would like to find someone to put an outside cover on this light reciprocal. Also fill in the sounding areas so insects cannot fly in. However, bees have found away in so someone may have to spray to kill the nest behind the existing reciprocal or seal them in. Also I do have a bee mask to prevent getting stung if needed.
