Canyon Park Apartments is urgently hiring a porter and a maintenance tech to complete our service team. Experience is not required for the porter position; however, the candidate must be willing to train. The Maintenance Tech position requires 1 to 2 years experience and HVAC certification.
Maintenance Tech Responsibilities include:
-Complete work orders as assigned
-Provide routine maintenance to HVAC systems including repairs and preventative maintenance
-Apartment make readies and turns
-Work closely with maintenance and office team to ensure property is running smoothly
- Assist in maintaining property curb appeal
- Provide excellent customer service to residents
Maintenance Tech Position Requirements
-Provide own tools, must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-Must be available for emergency on-call rotation when scheduled
-Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include the walking or standing for extended periods of time, operating assigned equipment and vehicle, and ability to lift 50 lbs.
