DCS is seeking a highly motivated Groundskeepers that will be responsible for assigned vegetation maintenance duties alongside roadways and facilities. We have a variety of Groundkeeper roles throughout our project limits that include, but are not limited to, the following: Crew Leaders, Landscapers, Tractor and Riding Mower Operators, and Litter Removal Technicians. General responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following: the use of tractors, zero-turns, mules, edgers, weed eaters, blowers, hand tools, power tools and/or other equipment to perform general groundskeeping duties. In addition, all DCS employees demonstrate a positive safety culture and produce quality workmanship by performing responsibilities in full compliance with all company and governing agency policies, procedures, and guidelines; and report and document any suspicious activity, incidents, work needs, and safety concerns.
