Hello, I am offering cultural diversity sessions to help you connect to you family members, peers, co-workers, or clients more efficiently. Do you have half black grandchildren, Nieces/Nephews, children, or new family members that married into your family? Do you feel like they are Great people but worried because of traditional upbringing you may accidentally say something to offend them? This is the class for you! There are no silly questions in this learning space. You can learn the answers to why people feel offended when others say, “I don’t see color” or ask questions that you having been extremely curious about, however, did not want to ask directly to others out of risk being offensive or sounding too uneducated in front of those you care about. It is not your client’s or family member’s job to teach you how to not racially offend them. However, it is your personal responsibility to educate yourself not to offend them before doing irreversible damage. They will be impressed with your initiative and display of respect that will come naturally to you after your classes. Great for Realtors or other professions that will profit off of learning how to be more inclusive towards their clients. Even Better for those family members who are looking to connect deeper with their relatives without being offensive. “Excellence without effort is as futile as progress without preparation.” Fancy way of saying growth will require you to step outside or your own circle of comfort zones in order to achieve progress or even Excellence.
