The studio is about 10' x 15' and has Large hinged door and lots of natural light. There is a large stocked kitchen, comfy living room, 5 bathrooms, a washer, a pool table, and a large outdoor hangout space. Members get access to our wood and metal shop, photo studio, and event space for personal projects. This is a fun and lively community with a wide range of artists, musicians, and fabricators and a great place for anyone who is interested in community living and creative projects. Rent includes utilities and basic supplies like paper products, cleaning supplies, and cooking essentials. The building is conveniently located near the 5, 10, 60, and 101. $600/month and $600 deposit
